+ I keep getting timed out! Help!
Take a look at the Internet Options settings in your browser. Go to: Tools / Internet Options / Settings. Make sure you check for newer versions upon each visit. If that doesn't work, you may have a firewall issue. If so, contact us and we will work with your I.T. department.
+ I used to be able to print all the materials for the courses. Now I can't. Why?
Because of copyright issues, we do not provide a fully printable version of our courses at this time. However, we do offer a print per page feature in many of our courses, or you may print per page using your browser’s print feature.
+ How long do your courses take?
Our courses range from 1-1/2 hours to approximately four hours in length. Courses are divided into modules and you can leave a course and return at any time.

Exams:
+ I lost my course certificate of completion. How do I get a new one?
First, sign in to our site and navigate to "Personal Career Portfolio." There you will see a list of sessions you have completed. If you click on your chosen session name it will display your certificate of completion for printing.
+ I want to take the Certification Exam. How many tries do I get?
When you purchase a Certification exam, you are entitled to 2 attempts. An ovewhelming majority of our members pass it successfully within the first 2 tries.
+ How does testing take place?
Each class has a final exam to test your understanding of the material. You access the test using the menu bar on the left-hand side of the course introduction page. When you pass a final exam, a Certificate of Completion will be displayed. When you complete all courses in a tier, you may choose to take the Certification exam. In that case, a formal Certificate suitable for framing will be sent to you via U.S. Mail upon successful completion.

+ How do I change my password?
First, you must log on to our site using your existing username and password. Then, click on the "My Profile" link - you can find it at the heading of any page. You can change your password and other contact information there.

Ordering:
+ I just purchased a course and I don't have access.
Once you purchase a course, the course is immediately available to you. Should your payment be invalid (credit card is refused or check bounces), access will be revoked. In that case, you should contact our office to discuss payment arrangements.
