Course Description: Business as Customers The workforce system has two primary customers: the jobseeker customer and the business customer. In order to achieve success, local workforce agencies must satisfy these two customer groups that represent the supply side AND the demand side. This seminar will help workforce professionals explore how to improve services to the business customer.
